I am a mixed media artist & educator who uses color and texture as a way to preserve memories and celebrate life’s adventures. I find joy in redefining artistry and helping fellow artists get started with curious mediums. I know all too well that fear and perfectionism can be a roadblock along a creative journey. I believe that it is the showing up that ensures progress.

I have a BFA in Art Education from the University of Arkansas and I’m currently living in beautiful Northwest Arkansas. Fun fact, I have lived in five states and have a goal to visit all fifty. {I’m about 75% of the way there!} When I’m not painting, you can find me traveling with my husband, creating photo books, enjoying a cup of tea, listening to an audiobook or podcast, or watering my plants and flowers.
